Every piece is inspected, cleaned (where needed), and photographed to give you an accurate look at its condition before purchase.
Each listing includes a detailed description and condition rating ranging from like new, fair to gently worn.
We’re online-first but may host seasonal pop-up events. Follow us on socials or subscribe to get the latest updates!

We make it easy send us your clothes, and we handle photography, pricing, and listing. Once your item is sold, you earn a percentage of the sale price.
We accept gently used, used , new and high-quality second-hand clothes items. We focus on regular clothing to unique pieces that are well-maintained clothing for men, women and children.
After a set period (30 days) unsold items goes through one of these processes:
- Donated to one of our partner organizations (depending on your preference)
- We can ship it back to you for a fee.
- In the long term goal we hope to recycled into thread to be reused.
Yes, you can request a return of your unsold items, though a small return shipping fee may apply.
Absolutely! You’ll receive an email or text notification once your item is live on the store.
Payouts are 55% of the sale. We are always be transparent about the percentage you’ll receive see our Earning’s Guide
You can request a prepaid shipping label from us, we also do home pick ups on Thursdays each week across the GTA.
No upfront fees! We only take a commission after your item sells. If there are any additional fees, you’ll find them listed HERE. Everything is deducted at the end.
Everything is handled automatically through your Seller Portal, using the payment method you selected when signing up.
Shipping
We offer a few shipping options:
Standard Shipping – $3.99
Expedited & Insured Shipping – $5.99
Free Shipping – On all orders over $80
You can choose the option that works best for you at checkout!
Delivery usually takes between 3 to 8 days, depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Currently, we do not ship internationally, We’re based in Canada and hope to expand soon.
Returns: How-To
We offer returns within 7 days depending on the item’s condition and category. See Our Returns Policy
Your first return is on us! We’ll send you a prepaid return label for your first return from any order.
Additional returns from the same order are at your own expense. If you use our label again, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to start a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
We don’t accept returns on sale or “as-is” items. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and swimwear are also non-returnable.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@4cycle.ca
