To ensure a smooth selling process and the best possible experience for our buyers, we kindly ask that you review the condition guidelines listed below. By following these standards, you’ll increase the chances of your items being accepted and maximize your earnings on each sale.

What Brands We Accept?

1. Women’s & Men's Clothing:

We accept ALL Brands however, Certain brands with low resale demand will have a lower payout but we will still list them to give the clothes another chance.

2. Designer

We make every effort to authenticate designer items, as we understand the prevalence of counterfeits in the market. Please ensure that any branded items you send in are genuine.

3. Kids’ Clothing:

Children’s items must have a clear brand tag in order to be accepted

Sending Items For Resell

What to Send

  • Clean, Gently Worn Items
    Clothing must be fresh, free from stains, damages, or excessive wear. 
  • New or like-new pieces
    Items that still have tags or have lots of life in it are especially welcome. These tend to perform best on our platform.
  • Seasonal and in-demand pieces
    This includes formalwear, stylish basics, and well-made garments that are on-trend or timeless. In colder seasons, winter coats, scarves, and warm layers are in high demand.
  • Recognizable brands
    While we accept all brands, those with strong resale value are more likely to earn you a higher payout.

What NOT to Send

  • Items with stains, rips, tears, or excessive fading.
  • Clothes that are worn out, stretched, or misshapen.
  • Pieces with strong or lingering odors (including smoke).
  • We do not accept ANY used or new  undergarments, including briefs, panties, bras, swimwear, lingerie, or adult products.
  • Clothing that is unwashed or unclean.
  • Items without a brand label  for kids’ clothing

Please Note: If you wouldn’t purchase the item in its current condition, please don’t send it in. We’ll soon be launching a donation program in partnership with our recycling vendors for items that don’t meet our resale standards.
